After crushing, the crushed product should be separated as per size. In Construction Industry, stone metal of 20mm, 12mm is required for concreting purpose. Therefore after crushing this material required sieving. There are different process of sieving. For ex. Rotary screen, Gyratory Screen and Vibrating Screen are mainly adopted. For sieving bulk material vibrating screen is more efficient and economical.

Vibrating Screen is available in multi deck i.e. single deck, double deck, three deck or four deck are generally used. The size of the vibrating screen is decided as per the quantity of material to be sieved. For sieving steel plate with punched whole known as Punching or Perforated Sheet  or wire mesh is generally used. When the quantity of material to be sieved to be more wire mesh is preferable.

The Vibratory screen manufactured by Akashganga is designed using all mathematical calculations, material flow etc. The main problem in vibratory screen is clogging of the holes. Vibratory Screen manufactured by Akashganga is anti-clogging. For this especial arrangement of mentioning the wire cloth is made. This arrangement creates secondary vibration in the wire mesh. Hence, clogging is avoided. The wire mesh has cambering (Crowing effect) shape which helps in equal distribution of the material on the whole  surface of the wire mesh. This action reduces the overriding of the material. Due to this, efficient sieving is achieved. 

The Wire mesh is made from special Spring Steel. The wire is crimped which increases the strength of the wire cloth. The wire cloth raised on rubber lining specially designed for the purpose. This reduces metal to metal contact and life of wire mesh is increased. Complete wire mesh raised on flats provided for the purpose. The vibration in the screen are generated by unbalanced weight of calculated design. The vibrating shaft is made of special alloy steel with streamlined stress design. The shaft is designed in such a way so that there is no stress concentration at any point. This increases the fatigue life of the shaft. The revolving weights are properly covered. The position of vibrating shaft is designed in such a way so that it gives efficient vibration as per the loading.

All above special functions in the design of vibrating screen increase the cost of our screen from the market products, but if considered from the efficiency point of view and more trouble free life. Our screen can be proved to be more economical. All these design features cannot be compare with the vibrating screens made by mechanical level manufacturer.

Complete vibratory screen is fitted on heavy duty springs which dams the vibration so no vibrations are transfer to the structure. The feeding hopper of the vibratory screen is also designed in a very special way so that auto genius stone lining is form which avoids the wear. Vibrating screen in different size for different functions are also manufactured and supplied as per the requirement of the customers.

Vibratory screen is used for stone crushing as well as for Industrial minerals. Wire mesh is supplied from different material such as stainless steel, brass, copper, spring steel etc.as per the application of the customer.

In construction industries stone metal (Crushed stone) is main ingredient for cement concrete. In crushing process fine dust below 75 micron is generated . Fine dust is having more surface area hence requires more water. It increases water cement ratio. Increase in Water cement ratio reduces strength of concrete, hence dust must be separated to attend higher strength . Conventional Method for separating dust is only to be washed by water. Akashganga invented a novel process for separating dust . It is a dry Process & requires no water. This process is much economical and more efficient. In Water Washing fine particles of sand are swept away, makes the sand inferior quality.

The dust separating Machine invented by Akashganga is also very useful in Mineral Industries. Iron Ore, Aluminium Ore, Quartz & Feldspar etc.contains some impurity and mica. To increase the concentration of Ore, it is crushed. Fine dust and mica are lighter than the ore. With the Machine invented by Akashganga, these impurity is separated and concentration of the ore increase. This reduces the costly process of water washing and is more economical.
